In response to the surge of COVID-19 cases, the School of Continuing and Professional Studies of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUSCS) follows the University's enhanced control measures and announces that special class arrangements will apply. Classes for both Full-time Programmes and Part-time Programmes in Professional and Continuing Education will be delivered online (except otherwise notified) until 7 February 2022 (Monday). 医食同源,又称药食同源,古代医家治病更强调先食疗后药疗。食疗理论,其源甚古,萌芽于三皇五帝时代,到了春秋战国,已进入成熟阶段,此后迭经历朝的发展,质与量都不断充实和提高,形成了一种文化瑰宝。食疗乃中医学一部份,二者不能割裂,因此,在如何应用食疗时,仍以中医辨证论治为原则。
(本课程为中医食疗基础课程,理论与应用并重,适合养生爱好者进修。)
