研究兴趣及范畴

我目前的研究兴趣包括弱势青少年的职业和生涯发展、互助及青少年赋权、服务学习及领袖发展等范畴。我于有关范畴合共发表超过180篇论文,其中140篇为期刊论文、书刊及研讨会论文集。自2000年起,我进行了34项研究项目,其中4项研究获香港研究资助局资助,另外25项研究获香港及澳门的政府部门/非政府组织委托进行。我并获香港中文大学颁发2000年社会科学院模范教学奖、2011年杰出研究奖以及2014年博文教学奖,为大学对我的研究及教学成就的肯定。
